  • Service availability, fares, and schedules are subject to change and supplier terms.

3. Booking, payment & fees

When you book through Flyomi you agree to pay fare, taxes, and any service fees displayed at checkout. Payment authorises Flyomi to charge the method you provide.

  • Fares & availability: Determined by suppliers; errors may occur and we reserve right to cancel or correct bookings in such cases.
  • Service fees: Flyomi service fees are disclosed during booking and may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment processing: We use third-party processors; payment disputes should be raised with Flyomi support first.

4. Changes, cancellations & refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier fare rules and our policies. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Flyomi assists in submitting change or refund requests but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by airlines.

5. Customer obligations

  • You must provide accurate passenger information and payment details.
  • You are responsible for obtaining required travel documents (passports, visas) and complying with local laws.
  • Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or additional fees, for which Flyomi is not liable.

6. Supplier terms & third parties

Bookings may be subject to airline or third-party supplier terms (baggage, refunds, check-in). Flyomi is not responsible for supplier breaches; please consult the supplier’s terms for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyomi’s liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the services is limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profits) except where prohibited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Flyomi harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or inaccurate information you provide.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Flyomi site (text, logos, images) is owned or licensed by Flyomi. You may not copy, reproduce, or use site content without our prior written permission.
