Bookings & Payments

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment authorises Flyomi to charge the selected method; some payment processors may show a temporary hold.

Can I change my flight dates?

Changes depend on the fare rules. Provide your PNR and desired new dates and we'll check availability and fees.

Why was my card declined?

Declines can be due to bank limits, insufficient funds, or failed 3D Secure. Try a different card or contact your bank; you can also contact Flyomi support for assistance.

Refunds & Cancellations

How long does a refund take?

Airlines typically take 7–30 calendar days to process refunds; banks may take an additional 5–30 business days to post funds.

What information is required for a refund?

Provide booking reference (PNR), passenger name, reason for refund, and supporting documents for special cases (e.g., medical certificates).

Will Flyomi refund your service fee?

Service fee refundability depends on the product purchased — some fees are non-refundable. We disclose this at time of booking.

Travel documents & Check-in

What travel documents do I need?

You must have valid passport, visas, and required travel authorisations. Check airline and embassy requirements before travel.

Can Flyomi help with checking in?

We can advise on the check-in process but airlines typically require passengers to complete check-in themselves (some carriers allow agent check-in).
